Move II

Here are a few shots of me in Monterey at the aquarium, riding in style, and getting psyched for trick or treating. We spent the last two months moving and getting settled and this is all my parents have for me to share. They are really lame when it comes to pictures.

Move!

So I've been a bit quiet lately on the blog. We moved and I've been darn pretty busy getting used to the new house, new school, new park swings, and new stores to buy mac-n-cheese. Since you're all wondering how I look now that I'm TWO...well...here you go!

Ha! This is actually how I feel about living in a hotel, which we did for a week before the movers dropped off our stuff.

Trip to NH

We visited my cousins Maria and Susanna last month in NH and had the best time ever. I want to move there and chase after Kasha all day!

Hanging 10

I've been too busy surfing this summer to write new posts. Here's a quick update.

New bed

Mom and Dad got me a new bed and I love it. Here I am trying it out before my first nap in it. Cribs are for babies!

Bubble bath

Bubbles are definitely in my top 5 favorite things. Check out the matching head bubbles on Dora and me.

First camping trip

Mom and Dad took me camping to the great mountain town of Idyllwild. I really liked eating outside and sleeping in the tent. It turns out I'm a great camper! Who knew?

Wild Animal Park

I went to the Wild Animal Park with my buddy Santi the other weekend and had a blast. Check me out riding Roar the Lion.

The lorikeets sure are pretty and friendly.

Easter Egg Hunt

Mom though of almost everything...my favorite sweater for the morning chill, cute pastel Easter Egg colored clothes, sun hat, my best shoes for out-running the others to get the eggs... If only I had a basket to put them in.
My BFF Lily was nice enough to let me use her basket. Nice try, Lily! Get your own eggs!

No one has been able to tell me why the Easter Bunny has so many eggs. Does he lay them? Is he the distribution channel for the chickens? My animal books aren't any help, either.

Scootin'

Three words: I. LOVE. SCOOTIN'.

Shades

San Diego isn't wierd at all. Don't all toddlers have movie star sunglasses?

Sitting

Two of my favorite activities are making piles of things and sitting on/in things. Ideally I get to sit on the piles I make. Here I am in my tent, praticing using the potty, and loading the dishwasher. Mom and Dad don't let me sit in the dishwasher so it has limited appeal.

Outside

Here are some of the ways I get transported around. Note which parent is carrying the 30 pound pack and which has the 4 pounds of water.

Tunnel

This video starts a bit slow but the end cracks me up.

Cozy

Sometimes a girl just needs to get cozy.

Xmas

Since my cousin Maria is even more of a blog slacker than I am, and she just updated hers, I guess I need to do mine. (Just kidding, cuz!)

Nana and Grandy visited me for Christmas and brought this sweet table and chair set. Memo and I had fun sipping tea and I use it every day for meals and banging things and other fun stuff.

We went to Lake Arrowhead for a few days during the 100 year storm. It rained for 5 days straight (that never happens around here) and then finally turned to snow. Since we couldn't play outside Grandy taught me how to shoot pool.

Christmas Day we went for a walk on the beach. Isn't that what everyone does on Xmas? I took a little snooze and wasn't very photogenic for that pic.

Dancin' Socks

I get my rhythm from Mom's side of the family. Here are some of my top moves.

My fashion sense, well, that must be from Dad.

I can ride a bike now

This thing is the coolest. You can't tell by the look on my face, but I love riding. Sometimes I even let Dad take a turn steering.
